2. Who Can Join? β Eligibility & Prerequisites
This course is strictly for Chartered Accountants (CAs) who have already passed AICA Level 1. Here is what you must have before joining:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) β No exceptions
- Must have successfully completed AICA Level 1 and received its certificate
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts (from Level 1)
- Basic familiarity with prompt engineering and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with Command Prompt and file execution
- Knowledge of File Uploading, Cloud Sharing (OneDrive / Google Drive)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Web WhatsApp, Web Telegram
- Ability to make UPI / Credit Card / Net Banking payments (for Google AI Services)
- Active Gmail ID for enabling Google AI Services

3. Course Duration & Mode of Delivery
- Conducted via Zoom from participant's home or office
- Joint sessions for 3-4 batches, held 1-2 times in a month
- Camera is mandatory to be ON throughout the class
- Headset with microphone is recommended for best clarity
- High-speed internet connection is required
- Microphone must remain muted unless instructed by faculty
- Zoom link sent to registered email β also check spam/junk folder
- Login with registered email ID only (attendance is tracked by email)
- Held at ICAI Branch locations or ICAI Center of Excellence (Hyderabad / Jaipur)
- Third-party venues allowed with prior ICAI approval
- ICAI provides Breakfast, Tea & Lunch (Veg Only) at ICAI venue
- Outstation participants arrange their own accommodation at ICAI Branches
- At COE (Hyderabad/Jaipur): accommodation available at INR 1,000/day (+GST) β double occupancy
- ICAI provides internet but participants should have a Wi-Fi dongle backup

5. Pre-Batch Preparation β What to Do Before the Course Starts
Before your batch starts, you MUST complete these steps. Think of it like homework before school begins!
- Login to Digital Learning Hub (DLH): https://learning.icai.org/iDH/icai/ (use Google Chrome only on laptop)
- Access is given 3 days before batch starts β check your dashboard immediately
- Go to "Pre-Read" section and read the AICA Level 2 document thoroughly (check 4-5 days before batch)
- Watch Refresher Course Videos available on DLH under "AICA Refresher Course Videos"
- Activate all required AI Accounts and Services as listed in Pre-Read Material
- Ensure you have a Gmail ID and payment method (UPI/Credit Card/Net Banking) ready
- Install all required tools on your laptop (same laptop for online + physical sessions)
- Join the AICA WhatsApp Group (link sent in registration acknowledgement email) β mandatory!
- Attend the Online Orientation (5-10 days before batch start) via Zoom

7. Assessment Methods β How You Will Be Evaluated
The total marks are 100. Here's how it's split:

- Tests available on DLH between 5 PM and 10 PM on each day
- Must attempt after 5 PM only (not before), after class completion
- Each day: 10 MCQ questions β need minimum 5 correct to pass
- You get 2 attempts per test β use wisely!
- If you miss or fail β ICAI auto-enrolls you in a "Special AI Batch" (online only)
- Special Batch runs from 4th to 10th of the following month
- Clear browser history/cache if you face technical issues during test
- Groups of 4 participants formed based on alphabetical order
- Must present on Day 5 between 5 PM and 6 PM
- Missed presentation β must complete at next available batch at any ICAI branch
- Email ai@icai.in to request missed presentation slot
- Attend all 5 days (Day 1 & 2 Online + Day 3, 4 & 5 Physical)
- Complete Quizzes and Polls during online sessions
- Complete all In-Class Hands-On Exercises
- Pass Daily Assessment Tests on all 5 days (5 PM β 10 PM)
- Submit Individual Capstone Project within 10 days of course completion
- Complete Group Presentation on Day 5
8. Capstone Project β Your Final Individual Project
- Must be submitted within 10 days of completing the course
- Must be done on Individual Basis β no group submissions allowed
- Based on learnings from all 5 days of AICA Level 2

- Submit as a single ZIP file (maximum size: 200 MB)
- Project Summary Document β explains what your project does

- All files must be properly named and organized before uploading
- Record a video showcasing your Capstone Project
- Video must show both your face AND the technical content (screen recording + webcam)
- Upload to YouTube (Unlisted Mode) OR Google Drive
- Make sure link is accessible to anyone
- Submit the video link through the Google Form along with your project

9. Important Policies β Refund, Attendance & Batch Rules
